MAKE-UP PRO NEW YORK is built on individuality, self-expression, and making your own rules. Our educational workshops, runway beauty features, convention appearances, ad campaigns and, of course our line of make-up, BOY by MAKE-UP PRO NEW YORK, all celebrate you and your love of all things beauty.

 

Founded by two badass sisters in 20ll, Chika and Cheve Chan, with more than a combined 23 years in this beauty game. Companies like Bobbi Brown, Elie Saab, and John Varvatos, have trusted us to help bring their visions to life. So yes, we know a thing or two about cosmetics!  Cheve, a graduate of FIT, and Chika, a Makeup Designatory alum, are sharing skills, products and expertise to let you express yourself through the art of make-up.

 

As we continue to grow, one thing will always remain the same: we’ll provide quality make-up that’s accessible for all.  But most of all, we’ll keep aiming to bring out the very BEST OF YOU.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Make-up Pro New York requires a 24 HOURS notice for any appointment cancellations. Failure to cancel in less than 24 hours or no-shows will incur a charge for the full list price of the service. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please email team@makeuppronyc.com

Tipping & Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the service price. For your convenience, the suggested gratuity amount is 20%.

Studio Hours

 

Shipping

Shipping is available to the continental USA, Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are accepted on our website at any time of the day, all week long. We are working on bringing Make-up Pro New York to our international customers soon but is not yet available. Standard shipping is free when you spend $50 or more. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order (orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Make-Up pro does not ship to Military (APO/FPO), PO boxes, hotels and Puerto Rico.

We offer four shipping methods:

Standard (5-9 business days): $4.50

Preferred (3-7 business days): $10

Expedited (2-3 business days): $15

Rush (1-2 business days): $25

 

Please note we only offer UPS Ground to Alaska and Hawaii:

*Note shipping to these states may take 11-15 business days

Orders over $50 UPS Ground to Hawaii or Alaska $25

Orders under $50 UPS Ground to Hawaii or Alaska $33

 

Returns and Exchanges:

We are sorry you did not love your Make-Up Pro products. Unfortunately at this time we does not accept returns. However we are happy to exchange any unwanted products for another product on your wishlist or store credit. Please reach out to team@makeuppronyc.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange, and we'll take care of the rest. Exchanges or store credit are accepted within 30 days of your purchase with us.

 

Payment

We accept all major cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, credit or debit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
